Product Description

We are daughters, sons, nephews, and cousins. We are an entrepreneurial family that enjoys working together, sharing our values, and boosting our skills.

Our company trades authentic products in which we believe and that set us apart from the other participants of the market in aspects such as design, quality, and originality. That is how TheBestMate was born!

Due to 2020 circumstances, we physically met again in Uruguay after several years. Since the beginning, we knew that we wanted to start a business together and, after many family gatherings (BBQs and Mates) and brainstorming, we developed and built what we are proud to present: TheBestMate.

The Mate

Mate is the infusion of choice in the Río de la Plata and south of Brazil. Over time, this tradition has been extended worldwide due to the Mate ambassadors that represent it.

Particularly in Uruguay, we drink Mate as soon as we wake up, we drink Mate when studying and working, we drink Mate when we are traveling and when we are at home. Each one of us has his/her own way of preparing it, of barking it, of flipping it, of putting the bombilla straw.

Gathering together to drink a Mate is a core part of our vision of life. Mate warms us in winter and hydrates us in summer.

The Mate is our mate, is the TheBestMate.
