This Matryoshka is not a typical Russian nesting doll but real “The Soul of Russia”. A wooden girl is cut by hand from a very old fir-tree of the 1920s. Face is cast from gypsum and decorated with fabric and metal fittings. Size is 5.5*4.13*1.97 inches (14*10.5*5.5 cm). The doll is perfectly polished by hand, extra smooth and pleasurable when touch. It fantastically smells of dense spruce forest creating an amazing and fairy atmosphere. When you get it you will definitely love it. Each girl is unique and can’t be 100% copied as the pattern on a tree – is a miracle of the creative power of nature. These dolls will be a bright and original gift for Christmas or Baby Shower but especially for art collectors, Russian culture lovers and for those who wants to understand the mysterious Russian soul. NOT a toy for babies.
